Fergus Hicks, Real Estate Strategist, UBS Asset Management REPM

Fergus Hicks is a Real Estate strategist within UBS Asset Management REPM (Real Estate and Private Markets) and supports real estate investment mandates by providing quantitative and qualitative cross-regional analysis of property investment markets.

Fergus is responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of investment market conditions globally and guiding investment strategy.

Previously, Fergus was Global Head of Forecasting at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, Fergus also led the EMEA Forecasting and Economics team at Jones Jang LaSalle.

Fergus holds BSc and MSc degrees in economics from the London School of Economics.
