Edinburgh/Virtual event: The End of the Everything Bubble and its Aftermath

Monday 04 July 2022 | 18:30 - 19:30 | Evening Event

Please note, this is an in-person but will also be live streamed. Please ensure you select the correct ticket type when registering for this event. If you select the live stream option, the link will get sent to you in an email the day before the event.

Join Sandy Nairn, Chairman of the Templeton Global Equity Group and Co-founder and Chief Executive of fund management firm Edinburgh Partners, as he explores the concept that an end to the ‘everything bubble’ is on its way and with overvaluation in every asset class there is very little room for manoeuvre.

The CFA UK Scottish Committee has joined forces with the Library of Mistakes in Edinburgh to host this lecture - which will focus on the unprecedented levels of debt in the global system, how they have been accumulated and how they have brought us to the edge of the precipice.

In discussion with Russell Napier after his lecture, Sandy will focus on what savers can do to avoid future harm to their wealth and the aftermath of the bursting of The Everything Bubble.
