Building effective business relationships

Tuesday 03 October 2023 | 18:30 - 20:30 | Evening Event

This is an in-person networking and knowledge sharing opportunity, organised by CFA UK's Soft Skills working group.

The skill of building rapport underpins all successful business relationships which can bring many career opportunities. The ability to create connection means you are better placed to influence others at all levels, this in turn means people are more likely to hear your ideas, share information with you and offer their support.

The great news is that although many assume this ‘knack’ with people is a natural gift, it is in fact a learnable skill!

Join Martyn Barmby from MSB Executive where you will:

  • Understand the core of what rapport actually is
  • Discover why it is crucial to your success at work
  • Learn the key techniques to help you build rapport with confidence and impact.
