Register now for the second half-day event series with CFA UK’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee and associated working groups. This virtual event series is free to attend and open to CFA UK members and non-members.
Join our panel discussion with experts on neurodiversity in practice; analysing how you can think and see the world differently by following a social toolkit for change. Building on the Diversity Project’s award-winning Fish Out Of Water campaign, the workshop session will combine panel discussion with interactive break-out groups to develop practical tips for individuals and organisations to increase inclusion.
Based on real-life stories of individuals within our industry who have often felt awkward, a little alone and a bit of an outsider at work: like a fish out of water. Real and meaningful conversation about how we can all be more transparent of our feelings and reactions to certain work situations is crucial. The discussion needs to move away from corporate speak to a deeper understanding of why people may feel excluded in the workplace and what pragmatic steps we can take to increase inclusion.
