Green bonds today and tomorrow

Thursday 05 May 2022 | 17:00 - 18:00 | Webinar

This event is the second of three in the climate  investing  series, jointly organised by  Climate Bonds Initiative  and CFA UK

Green bonds represent a fast growing area of the fixed income market that allows investors to allocate their capital to climate-friendly proposals and on the flip-side provides funding for climate friendly activities. The main point is the definition of what constitutes a green bond. A panel of industry experts will discuss the bonds, the market and will cover the following areas:

  • Where does the green bond market go from here
  • Greenwashing
  • The role of green bonds in a net zero carbon transition

Where recordings are made, these are a member benefit that are accessed through the member-only platform, CFA UK Discover.
