Fabio Passaro, CFA, Senior Transition Policy Analyst, Climate Bonds InitiativeFabio Passaro, CFA, is a Senior Transition Policy Analyst at the Climate Bonds Initiative. Fabio leads the hard-to-abate sectors' transition policy work steam, and develops policy reports, blogs, and briefs on the net-zero transition, promoting the role of sustainable finance in meeting climate targets. He has authored several policy papers on these sectors' transition, including "The role of policymakers in mobilising private finance to ensure a credible and just transition in steel and cement", and "A Fork in the Road for the Global Steel Sector."
He is an energy transition and governance graduate from the Centre International de Formation Européenne and holds the CFA UK level 4 certificate in climate and investing.
