Chloe Chan, CFA, Associate Banker, Manufacturing and Services, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
Chloe Chan, CFA, is an Associate Banker in the manufacturing and services department of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). In her various roles in the EBRD, she leads transactions and develops innovative sustainable finance products to decarbonise energy/resource-intensive industries, examples include green hydrogen, EV and ESS batteries production and recycling, green steel, carbon capture and storage (CCS), etc.
Prior to the EBRD, she established a multi-award winning research team focusing on material climate-related earnings impacts and valuation implications for energy-intensive companies, as well as developed sustainable infrastructure projects with the Asian Development Bank. She holds a Master’s Degree in environment and development from the London School of Economics and is a CFA charterholder.
