Robert Macrae, CFA, Research Associate, LSE Systemic Risk Centre
Robert Macrae, CFA, has spent the last 30 years applying an engineering approach to problems in value investment and risk. Robert studied electrical engineering at Imperial College, London and moved into finance in 1990, eventually managing several value-based equity hedge funds. He is now a research associate at the LSE Financial Markets Group with areas of interest spanning l value, hedge funds, risk control, tail risk, financial crises, financial regulation and machine learning.
