Julie McCann Founder & CEO, Executive Coach, Facilitator & Storyteller

Julie is a seasoned board director and change leader with over 25 years in the Consultancy & BPO market. She has held roles such as Business Development Director, Client Services Director, Sales and Marketing Director, and General Manager. Julie founded Masters In Minds Ltd to foster thriving workplace cultures. Recently, she has been delivering ILM 7 coaching and executive leadership programs globally.

Specialising in change initiatives, Julie holds an MSc in Change Strategy and Facilitation Skills from Surrey University. She is known for her direct, honest, and supportive approach, mixed with humor. Her director roles include positions at Merchants Ltd, TSC, and beCogent Ltd.

Julie's clients include HSBC, Standard Life, Webhelp, and Mitsubishi Electric UK. Notable projects include a CX Lean Management Process for Standard Life and launching First Direct Bank. Her work spans EMEA, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
