The Panel is a voice for investment firms that have CFA UK members and candidates. It is run by a group of Learning & Development leads from a variety of investment firms that work with CFA UK on different projects. The Panel provides feedback on a number of key CFA UK educational initiatives such as the Competency Framework, Ethical Leadership Programme and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). It is also a networking and discussion forum for L&D challenges and best practice, apprenticeships and regulation. The Panel is an invaluable connection between CFA UK and the investment industry, working to support CFA UK members individually and centrally. Current participants include BNP Paribas, Citi, Insight Investment, PIMCO, Rathbone Investment Management, Willis Towers Watson, Invesco Perpetual, Columbia Threadneedle, Lloyds Bank, AXA, State Street, Hermes Investment Management and Smith & Williamson.
